After all the mountain bike training, riding and hard work our bodies need time to recover so we can come back stronger! Proper recovery is time off the bike, body care, nutrition, mental breaks and much more!

Dan & Sage readily admit that they're not great at taking time off, but they've found it necessary and worthwhile!
